Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain customer records
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Strong written communication skills
    • Ability to type quickly and accurately
    • Proficient in using computers and chat software
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential
    • Some roles may require fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse customer base

    Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Some companies may accept equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education
