• Meet sales targets and achieve agreed-upon sales outcomes

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions

• Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and experience with handling a high volume of calls (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training will be provided)

• A bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable for some roles
• BSc/BA degree is a plus
