Job Description

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Build strong rapport with Client
  • Not more than 20% in FY should get attired from the team assigned
  • Handle escalations and other issues very firmly, if any
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Stable work history in recruitment or related role
    • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
    • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
    • Good Computer skills, especially MS Excel
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Decision-making skills
    • Strategic Thinker

    Education

    • Graduation in any stream, Specialize HR Educational course is highly preferred
