• Lead & handle end-to-end recruitment team

• Managing the recruitment function for various levels with complete responsibility

• Performing Recruitment role for client openings

• Work on lucrative requirements by self

• Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs,referrals, and user/technical groups etc.

• Work closely with Onboarding team & being first point of contact for client coordination

• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements

• Managing & coordinating the entire recruitment process right from the manpower requisition till final placement

• Responsible for initial level sourced, screened CVs and submitting profiles/tracker to the client for final screening

• Act as a point of contact in absence of Senior HR & Senior Team leader

• Accountable to get all team related work done

• Assign and monitor interview schedules and timely completion of recruitment cycle

• Follow-up for interview feedbacks

• Ensure team achieve desired target

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good Computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills

• Graduation in any stream, Specialize HR Educational course is highly preferred
